These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of womanlyco.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Womanly ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Products are sourced from and shipped by our fulfillment partners. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is to return it under our Shipping & Returns policy.

Prices and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, or if an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund, even after we've sent an order confirmation.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the products. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or an unverifiable payment, and will refund any amount charged. Payments are processed securely through Wix and its payment providers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, delivery times, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's confirmed delivery address.

Your use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, try to access it by automated means without our permission, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Womanly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Womanly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Womanly harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and carriers. We're not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
